Description
The BMT hydraulic motor is a large-volume disc valve motor featuring a radial ball-bearing design that can tolerate higher loads. This motor is ideal for high-pressure, high torque applications. Its advanced disc flow distribution improves performance at low speeds. The valve can automatically adjust for wear, increasing volumetric efficiency. Double-taper roller bearings allow the motor to handle high radial loads. These motors can be used in traction drive applications. This Hydro Custom BMT Motor, rated at 16 GPM, 206 RPM, and 1015 PSI has a 15.26 in3 displacement and 1626.6 lbs-in torque.

- The optimal operating condition is 1/3 to 2/3 of the continuous use values.
- Standard rotation is clockwise (facing the shaft) when port A is pressurized.
- Standard shaft seals for the BMT series are rated to 1,085 PSI. HPSS to 2900 PSI.
- Case drains relieve internal oil leakage and prevent housing overpressure, protecting seals and extending motor life.
- Standard shaft seals and bearings are not recommended for applications that may experience side-loadings.
- Internal check valves are included for smoother directional control.
