If you're not satisfied with your purchase from Bailey International, LLC, contact us within 45 days for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and further instructions. Please note that returns after 15 days will incur a restocking charge of 20% and returns after 45 days cannot be accepted. Special orders and custom products, including cut rod and tubing, are sold on a "Final Sale" basis only. Gas and diesel-powered products cannot be returned once they have been gassed or oiled. No cancellations, returns, refunds of credits are allowed. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
For your convenience, you can request a return by contacting our Customer Service line at 800-800-1810. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization, and items must be unused and in their original condition. Bailey is not responsible for damages on returned items. Customers are encouraged to insure return packages and ship returned items in the original packaging. Charges will be incurred by the customer if products must be restored to their original condition at our facility or if accessories or parts are not returned.
Customer shall assume all risk associated with the return of any Product. Credit, if due, will be issued based upon the lesser of original invoice price or current selling price and in the original form of payment only. All returns of non-current or unsaleable products for which Bailey may refuse to issue credit for are subject to repair (parts and labor charges), if Bailey chooses to repair them.
Once you have received an RMA for your return, please ship the merchandise and a copy of the invoice or packing slip freight prepaid via FedEx or UPS to:
