Bailey processes & ships your orders from our US-based warehouses Monday - Friday. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or the following company holidays in 2025:

• Monday, January 20^th - Martin Luther King Jr. Day
• Friday, April 18^th - Good Friday
• Monday, May 26^th - Memorial Day
• Thursday, July 4^th - Independence Day
• Monday, Sept 1^st - Labor Day
• Thursday, November 27^th - Thanksgiving
• Friday, November 28^th - Day After Thanksgiving
• Tuesday, December 24^th - Christmas Eve
• Wednesday, December 25^th - Christmas Day

Same-day shipping cut off time is 3:30 PM ET.

98% of all in-stock orders ship from our U.S.-based warehouses within 24 hours of the order being received in our systems. Orders received after 3:30 PM on Friday (Ships the next shipping day. See schedule above.) Orders placed with Next Day Air will ship same day if placed before 3:30 PM ET.

Some exceptions may include:

• Orders that include a combination of non-stock, out of stock, & in-stock items
• Drop-shipped items (shipped by another supplier)
• Freight-shipped orders
• Split orders shipped from multiple locations
• Delays due to issues with payment of order
• Orders delayed due to inclement weather
• Orders with incorrect billing/shipping information
• Orders shipped from a warehouse outside the U.S.A
