This Maxim® WC welded hydraulic cylinder, rated at 3000 PSI, features a 4 in. bore x 10 in. stroke and a 2 in. rod. Designed for demanding double-acting applications, its welded construction and cast-steel female clevis mounts provide dependable performance with straightforward installation.

Built for maximum reliability and long service life, Maxim WC cylinders combine a high-tensile precision-honed tube, a ground, polished and hard chrome-plated rod, ductile iron components and an advanced sealing system. Each cylinder is engineered to exceed industry standards, comes standard with a durable black finish and is backed by a 1-year limited warranty.

  • Built for demanding applications: Designed for consistent performance in double-acting hydraulic systems where reliability and durability are essential.
  • Heavy-duty internal components: An ASTM A536 65-45-12 ductile iron piston and gland provide strength, durability and long service life.
  • Extended seal life: A high-tensile cold-drawn tube is precision honed to provide a smooth sealing surface and help reduce wear during repeated cycling.
  • Durable rod performance: A high-tensile rod is ground, polished and hard chrome plated to provide a wear-resistant surface for dependable operation.
  • Secure piston retention: A Grade 8 high-tensile zinc-plated piston lock nut provides a strong, durable connection.
  • Protection against leaks and contaminants: A Nitrile O-ring tube seal with a Polytemp Hytrel back-up ring, PolyPak B-lip rod seal and polyurethane wiper help retain hydraulic fluid while limiting contaminant entry.
  • Long-lasting piston sealing: A piston I.D. O-ring and Hallite 755 piston O.D. seal provide prolonged wear resistance for dependable operation.
  • Heavy-duty clevis mounting: Cast-steel female clevises include high-tensile zinc-plated steel pins and clips for secure attachment and easier installation.
  • Secure hydraulic connections: SAE O-ring ports provide dependable hydraulic connections for installation and service.
