Description
The Prince RD5000 Series Directional Control Valve is engineered for reliability in demanding single-cylinder log splitter applications. This 2-spool, 4-way, 3-position valve features a spring center return to neutral and a joystick handle for precise control.
It delivers up to 25 GPM flow at a maximum operating pressure of 3000 PSI. The “B” port is dedicated to the base of the cylinder, while the “A” and “D” ports are tied together for the rod end connection. This model omits the “C” port and does not include the load check found in RD5200 series valves; in neutral, the “B” port is open to the tank. The detent pressure is factory set to a maximum of 2000 PSI.
